2. Cancellation Window
To ensure we can fulfill orders efficiently with fresh produce, please note the following cancellation timeframes:
- Free Cancellation: Cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be possible.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using one of the following methods:
- Contact us through our website.
- Email our customer service team with your order details.
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
4. Cancellation Fees
Depending on when you cancel, the following fees may apply:
- More than 24 hours before delivery: No cancellation fee. Full refund provided.
- 12-24 hours before delivery: A 10% cancellation fee may be applied to cover preparation costs.
- Less than 12 hours before delivery: A 25% cancellation fee may be applied. In some cases, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already out for delivery.
5. Refund Processing
Once your cancellation is confirmed, any applicable refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order rather than cancel it entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to product availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
7. Cancellation by Green Crate
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order due to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues.
- Delivery constraints to your area.
- Payment processing issues.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and be notified as soon as possible.
